I'm an accredited psychotherapist based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, delivering evidence based psychological therapies to treat a range of mental health difficulties.

Understanding ourselves emotionally is vital in helping us getting to know who we are and what we want.

Life’s difficult, busy, and messy, which is why we all need support from time to time to deal with it. Whether that’s because of difficulties we are having, wanting to work on parts of us we are not proud of, difficult relationships, life stresses or because we are working towards personal and/or professional growth. 


Our emotional health is an important part of our overall health, so when that is affected, other areas of our lives are also. It affects how we feel about ourselves, others, and the world around us. 



There’s no need to struggle alone.

Together we can begin to work through what you want to focus on, in a safe non-judgmental space.
